At The Brew Nest, we ensure every product is carefully packed and shipped with love. 💚 Since our teas, coffees, oils, and supplements are consumable health products, we follow strict guidelines for returns and exchanges to protect product quality and customer safety.

✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only if:

    • The item is damaged in transit 📦

    • A wrong product was delivered 🚫

    • The product is defective/faulty ⚠️

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products ❌ cannot be returned (due to hygiene & safety).

🎥 2. Mandatory Video Proof (Unboxing)

To protect our customers and brand from false claims/fraudulent activities, our management has implemented a transparent process:

  • Customers are strongly recommended to record a short unboxing video 📸 while opening the sealed package.

  • This video will serve as proof of condition if you ever need to report an issue.

  • Without proof (video/photos), it becomes difficult for us to verify claims quickly.

  • This practice is for your satisfaction & our smooth claim resolution. 🌿

⏳ 3. Time Frame for Claims

  • All return/exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery ⏰.

  • Claims after this period will not be accepted.

📝 4. How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact our team via Email/WhatsApp 📩 with:

    • Order Number

    • Photos & Unboxing Video 🎥

    • Brief description of the issue

  2. Our support team will verify and confirm the next steps.

🚫 5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (teas, coffees, oils, supplements) 🍵

  • Sale/discounted items (if marked as final sale) 🏷️

💵 6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after returned item is received & inspected. 🔍

  • COD Refunds → via bank transfer/e-wallet within 5–7 working days 🏦

  • Online Payments (future) → refunded to original payment method 💳

🚚 7. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item) → we cover shipping ✅

  • If the customer changes mind → return/exchange is not accepted
